Job description

Oswego Community Unit School District 308 is currently recruiting exceptional candidates for the position of Human Resources Specialist. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required, or two years of experience as a recruiter preferred; strong communication, organizational, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills for a fast-paced environment.  
The recommended candidate for this position will receive a regionally competitive starting salary (range $65K - 68K) depending on background and experience.
