TRC Talent is looking for a Warehouse Manager for our client in Kennesaw, GA
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations at our Kennesaw, GA facility. This position is responsible for managing shipping and receiving activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality, and supervising a team across multiple shifts. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong communication skills and a proven track record in warehouse management.

Job Details:
  • Monday-Friday, 7AM-4:30PM
  • $62k -$68k
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all outbound orders are picked, packed, and shipped on schedule.
  • Maintain high standards for product quality and warehouse cleanliness.
  • Oversee all receiving and shipping operations across all shifts.
  • Manage inventory consolidation to optimize storage space.
  • Monitor and report employee work hours, vacation, and PTO to HR.
  • Coordinate workload with the Sales team to align with seasonal and demand changes.
  • Support the development and enforcement of company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure team compliance with operational and safety standards.
  • Direct warehousing of goods, equipment, and supplies.
  • Maintain ISO compliance for shipping, receiving, handling, material disposition, maintenance, and safety.
  • Work closely with department heads to ensure smooth operational coordination.
  • Train and mentor new warehouse staff.
  • Present warehouse performance metrics at monthly staff meetings.
  • Manage product returns in collaboration with the Purchasing and Quality Control departments.
  • Foster a positive and professional working environment with strong interpersonal communication.
  • Promote a culture of safety and immediately address any concerns or incidents.
Experience:
  • 35 years of warehouse supervisory experience.
  • Certified forklift operator.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); VMI experience is a plus.
