• Drive Inbound Revenue: Field 100% inbound customer inquiries within a high-energy, fast-paced call center environment.
• Consultative Value Selling: Listen actively to uncover customer needs and use top-down selling techniques to match them with our suite of TV, internet, and wireless products.
• Overcome & Close: Navigate customer objections with confidence, resilience, and curiosity, transforming basic inquiries into high-value sales.
• Maintain Performance Agility: Demonstrate a growth mindset by bouncing back quickly from tough calls or missed daily metrics, aiming to win every single shift.
• Operate with Integrity: Ensure every customer interaction is handled with absolute honesty, transparency, and pride.

• Financial Ambition & Drive: You are fiercely money-motivated and energized by the opportunity to maximize an uncapped commission structure.
• Grit and Resilience: You possess a competitive spirit and the internal stamina to view a "no" as just another step toward a "yes," bouncing back quickly after a tough call.
• Persuasive Communication: You can drill down into what a customer actually needs and paint a compelling picture of product value using top-down selling techniques.
• Professional Flexibility: You hold a high school diploma or GED equivalent and are willing to work a full-time schedule that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Open to All Backgrounds: Prior call center or sales experience is a great bonus, but it is not required. We provide comprehensive paid training to set you up for success. Training time is compensated at your regular base pay rate.
• Flexible Scheduling: Positions require availability for on-site shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays; training hours will be provided upon hire.

• Accelerated Growth Path: We reward high performance with accelerated career advancement opportunities. Without changing your day-to-day call type, you could advance up two full title tiers in your first 12 months, raising your base hourly pay rate as follows:
  • Level 1 (Associate Account Executive): $17.75/hr base pay
  • Level 2 (Account Executive): $19.25/hr base pay
  • Level 3 (Senior Account Executive): $20.25/hr base pay
