As an Assistant Store Manager, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, delivering outstanding Guest Service, setting an exemplary example for others, surpassing daily selling standards, managing schedules, maintaining inventory control, providing in-depth product knowledge to our guests, and collaborating effectively as part of a cohesive team to achieve individual and store objectives. Key Responsibilities: In this exciting position, you will be relied upon to: (but not limited to)

Work in a sleeves-rolled, hands-on fashion to help the team thrive and grow!

Oversee daily operations of the salon, ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures.

Implement and enforce customer service practices to ensure exceptional client experiences.

Manage and develop staff members, providing coaching and support to enhance their performance.

Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.

Maintain strict inventory control to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize loss.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and providing exceptional customer service.

Analyze financial data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Stay informed about industry trends and competition, utilizing this knowledge to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications: To thrive in this role, we are seeking an individual who possesses:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven track record in sales leadership and a strong sales background.

Emphasis on teamwork with a demonstrated ability to flourish in a dynamic learning environment.

Minimum of 2-3 years of successful sales experience.

Minimum of 1-2 years of managerial or supervisory experience, overseeing comprehensive staff management including recruitment, training, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, terminations, coaching, and supporting.

Dedication to meeting and surpassing performance expectations, including achieving or surpassing sales targets and established store goals.

Passion for maintaining store image and ensuring exceptional first-time impressions.

Flexibility and dependability regarding work schedules, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Full-time commitment is essential. Additionally, a willingness to address store obstacles on an on-call basis is required.

Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in MS Office programs like Word and Excel.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple priorities and quickly adapting to new procedures.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective communication with customers, colleagues, and upper management.

Strict adherence to Loss Prevention control and compliance procedures.

Physical stamina to meet daily responsibilities, including the ability to lift objects weighing up to 30 pounds.

Knowledge of the tanning and spa industry is a plus.
