Tanning Consultant

We are seeking an experienced high-energy Tanning Consultant who understands this role is more then operating equipment. It's about delivering exceptional client experiences, driving sales performance, and elevating brand standards.

This position is ideal for a motivated professional with a proven background in tanning, beauty or high performance retail sales who thrives in a fast paced, results driven environment.

Are you a highly motivated individual who loves providing exceptional customer service and enjoys helping others with their wellness experience? Do you have previous sales experience? Do you have knowledge of tanning and wellness services/products?

Join our team as a Tanning Consultant where you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, managing inventory, and ensuring top-notch customer service. Embrace the opportunity to learn about our products and services to meet sales targets and provide a delightful experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service with strong focus on relationship-building and retention
  • Conduct thorough client consultations to recommend appropriate tanning/wellness packages, memberships and skin care products
  • Educate clients on tanning safety, equipment usage and skin care practices
  • Maintain a clean, organized and professional salon environment at all times
  • Manage POS transactions and membership enrollments accurately
  • Assist with inventory management
  • Uphold all company policies, compliance standards and operational procedures
  • Contribute to a positive, team oriented culture
  • Assure salon cleanliness and organization

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in tanning salon, beauty or commission-based retail sales (required)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong upselling and cross selling skills

  • Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
