What will your mission be?
 
You will play a key role in the guest experience, representing the image and quality standards of an international luxury brand.
 
Job Summary:
  • Deliver personalized and professional service to both domestic and international guests.
  • Perform check-in and check-out procedures in accordance with Marriott Autograph Collection standards.
  • Manage reservations, special requests, and stay follow-ups.
  • Resolve guest issues with empathy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
  • Promote upselling opportunities and contribute to guest loyalty.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure memorable guest experiences.
  • Work with Property Management Systems (PMS); knowledge of Opera and MARSHA is considered an asset.
 
Essential Requirements
  • Previous experience in the front office department of 4-star or 5-star hotels.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Excellent presentation, strong communication skills, and a clear customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work within high standards and with great attention to detail.
  • Proactive, polished, and solution-oriented attitude.
 
Highly Valued
  • Knowledge of additional languages (French, Italian, German, Portuguese, etc.).
  • Previous experience in boutique or luxury hotels.
