Position Overview

Accurate Connection Counseling, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW) to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver culturally sensitive mental health and substance abuse counseling to clients in individual or group settings, promptly addressing their varied needs and concerns.
• Utilize case management techniques to consult and coordinate care with clients, their families, case managers, and internal and external providers.
• Maintain comprehensive and timely clinical documentation and administrative records in accordance with RAMS policies and clinical standards.
• Provide crisis intervention support and effective coping strategies during high-stress situations.
• Contribute to case conferences, engage in clinical team meetings, and provide supervision for fellow staff members.
• Conduct detailed biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate client needs, facilitating appropriate referrals and counseling options.
• Collaborate with HSA staff regarding client care and wellness discussions.
• Engage in continued professional development through individual and group supervision meetings.
• Other duties as assigned according to organizational needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on individuals experiencing serious mental illnesses and co-occurring disorders. You will work with a diverse patient population including those navigating challenges such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Generalized Anxiety Disorder, PTSD, trauma, and grief. Your expert engagement skills will empower clients to initiate positive changes and improve their mental health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active and valid licensure in Social Work (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) according to state regulations.
• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field is required.
• Experience and comfort with a variety of psychotherapy modalities, having familiarity with numerous mental health disorders.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced work environment while managing client needs and workflow interruptions.
• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate effective counseling sessions.
• No history of Medical Malpractice claims; verification required from a Third Party.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in conducting psychological assessments and generating comprehensive reports.
• Demonstrated capacity to implement evidence-based practices in diverse clinical settings.
• A familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records would be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
