TITLE: OB/GYN Physician | Outpatient Focus | $400K Potential + Relocation Assistance

LOCATION: Massachusetts

We are seeking an experienced OB/GYN Physician to become part of a supportive clinical team focused on comprehensive ambulatory obstetric and gynecologic care.

Outpatient-focused OB/GYN practice
Approximately 20 patients per day
No robotics required
Supportive and collaborative clinical team environment
Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates

Practice Overview:
Deliveries:

* 2023: 10

* 2025 YTD: 101
Credentialing required at only 1 hospital
Strong clinical support staff including:
* Family Nurse Practitioner

Compensation & Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive ambulatory OB/GYN care
Deliver routine and preventive womens healthcare services
Participate in shared call schedule
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
Support quality patient care initiatives and organizational goals
Collaborate with providers and clinical staff in a positive team-oriented environment
Participate in peer review and organizational meetings
Serve as a trusted healthcare ambassador within the community

Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited medical school
Completion of accredited OB/GYN residency program
Active and unrestricted Massachusetts medical license
Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
Minimum 25 years of experience preferred
Minimum 3 years of OB/GYN practice experience strongly preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Current BLS and NRP certifications required
