Clinician Type: MD/DO
Unit/Dept: Anesthesiology
Unit Details: Hospital | 2 OR's | No Call |
Daily Patient Volume: Depends on area designated but generally 4-6 cases per shift
Additional Providers/Support Staff: Multiple other Anesthesiologist & CRNAs providing coverage – Possible but little CRNA oversight, if any
EMR System(s): Epic(HealthConnect)
Lic/Certs: Active CA Lic | BLS |
BC/BE: BC
Credentialing Timeframe: No Temps – Timeline is 12 weeks from the time application is submitted as the target start but could start sooner depending on how quickly credentialing is completed
Start Date: ASAC
Duration: 6 months with the option to extend, as needed. Full time only
Shift: Monday – Sunday 7a-5p x 4 days weekly- Requires at least 1 weekend/month
Housing/Travel: Hourly Non-Inclusive | Prefer local candidates – If travel needed Full Travel/Lodging – Round trip coach airfare, economy car rental, lodging under approved budget
Pay Structure: Bid
Notes: Covid Vaccination Required | No Call but if interested, they may discuss
Required exp: General Anesthesia - General surgery, Orthopedics, GYN, Urology, possibly small bit of Neuro but not likely. No OB or Cardiac. Facility does employ CRNA's as well - candidates should be comfortable with the rare occurrence of needing to assist
