About the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assembly Operator I workers for a plastics manufacturing company in Osceola, WI. In this role, you’ll help assemble high-quality plastic components into finished products while working in a team-oriented production environment. If you enjoy hands-on work and a consistent schedule with long weekends, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!
What You’ll Do as an Assembly Operator:
  • Assemble plastic parts using methods such as sonic welding, heat staking, gluing, and screw insertion
  • Inspect, label, and package finished products to meet customer and quality standards
  • Operate tools for basic processes such as sanding, routing, and punching
  • Track production output and document scrap using daily logs and production sheets
  • Report product defects or equipment issues to a supervisor
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following OSHA safety standards

What You Need to Bring to the Assembly Operator Role:
  • No experience required – entry-level candidates welcome
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout a 10-hour shift
  • Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
