Desired Qualifications: Experience providing high-level administrative support in a complex educational or student services environment, preferably within DSPS , counseling, or higher education programs. Strong knowledge of Title 5, ADA , FERPA , confidentiality requirements, and the ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion

Exceptional organizational, project management, and multitasking skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and large-scale program operations. Proficiency with student information systems, databases, spreadsheets, and case management systems. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively support faculty, administrators, students, and diverse campus stakeholders in a student-centered environment.
