Express Lube Technician 

Toyota of Cool Springs is looking for talented Quick Lube Technicians to continue our growth and provide our customers with exceptional service. Build your career and develop your professional experience with our team. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace. Most of our Certified Technicians came through this position and we have paid for their all training/certifications.  Join our team and let us help you to the next level!

(Up to $15.50/Hour plus Bonuses - Full Time with Benefits)

4-DAY WORK WEEK / GET 3 DAYS OFF EVERY WEEK!

Responsibilities

  • Perform basic maintenance needs (oil changes, tire rotations, filters, batteries, wipers) according to the repair order for each vehicle

  • Work in a high efficiency two person team 

  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed.  Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Ability to identify the problem quickly

  • Effective analytical and communication skills

  • Good reading, computer, and mathematics skills

  • Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications

  • Should be able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds

  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic Computer Skills

  • Positive, friendly attitude
