Job description


The Front Desk Representative at Abbotswood at Stonehenge is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while creating a warm, welcoming, and professional first impression for residents, families, guests, and team members. As the face of our community, this role plays a key part in fostering a friendly, secure, and engaging environment while supporting daily operations and ensuring every visitor feels valued from the moment they arrive..
On Call - As needed for coverage for 1st , 2nd, or 3rd shift - Must be willing to learn and cover all 3 shifts if needed!
1st shift - 7:30am-4pm
2nd shift - 4pm-12am
3rd shift - 12am - 7:30am
Pay Rate: $17/hour

What will I do every day?
  • Monitor residents and guests coming in and out of the community
  • Assist residents with requests as needed
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Maintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance area
  • Respond to emergencies and supply emergency personnel

What will I need to be successful in this role?
  • Bring a smile to work every day
  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • 6 months to 1 year of front desk, receptionist or resident relations experience
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Senior Living experience a plus
  • Hotel experience a plus
