We are looking to grow our team of caregivers and are seeking a dedicated, compassionate individual who shares our goal of spreading joy to our clients. Let’s work together to ensure that our clients live their best lives every day! If you’re excited to be a part of a supportive team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors, we want to learn more about you!

Key Qualifications:

  • This position is Part Time
  • Starting pay $13.00 to $16.00 an hour depending upon experience
  • Previous experience in caregiving required
  • 3rd shift availability is required
  • CNA, PCA, or HHA license (current or previous license) Preferred 
  • Genuine desire to assist others and improve their quality of life
  • Compassionate, patient, and understanding of the needs of seniors
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a plus
  • Clean background check required
  • Health Insurance is provided (including Dental and Vision)
  • Will be working in the counties of Guilford, Davidson, Randolph and Montgomery
  • You will be required to travel to more then one county in order to be hired.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer companionship and emotional support to our clients
  • Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) including housekeeping, errands, eating, walking, bathing, toileting, dressing, and more as needed
  • Collaborate with the client’s care team to provide updates and report any important health changes
  • Ensure that each client’s care needs are met with compassion and professionalism
