Job description

Job Title: 3rd Shift Production Operator
Client: Aerospace and Energy Industries
Duration: 4 Months
Location: Phoenix, AZ, 85043

Working Shift:
  • 3rd Shift: Sunday through Thursday, 10:30 PM to 7 AM

Pay Rate : USD 18.00 /hr - USD 20.00 /hr
Qualifications:
  • Shift Requirement: 3rd Shift, Sunday through Thursday, 10:30 PM to 7 AM
  • Ability to support production areas, including grit blast, grinding, belt sanding, chisel, tact weld, braze, cleaning, and other tasks as needed
  • Self-motivated with a high level of ownership and accountability
  • Lean skills for continuous process improvement
  • Strong team-building skills
  • Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must pass various tests, including annual exams
  • Meet performance standards within the first six months
  • Intermediate computer skills

Responsibilities:
  • Use proper PPE and safety equipment at all times
  • Follow and understand written instructions
  • Document operations on travelers and log sheets
  • Maintain production time standards
  • Utilize precision measuring tools effectively
