Hiring: Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift) – Indiana
Location: Indiana
⏳ Duration: 5 Months 26 Days
Pay Rate: $26–$29/hour (W2)
Shift: 3rd Shift
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills to support manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience maintaining and repairing industrial equipment, especially CNC machines and mechanical presses.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems 
  • Maintain and repair CNC lathes, warm forge presses, and other manufacturing equipment 
  • Diagnose electrical malfunctions and replace faulty components 
  • Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections 
  • Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical blueprints 
  • Document maintenance activities and collaborate with engineering and production teams 
Required Skills:
  • Experience troubleshooting and repairing CNC machines and mechanical presses 
  • Strong knowledge of AC/DC drives, servo motors, PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics 
  • Excellent electrical and mechanical problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints 
  • Good communication and basic computer skills 
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed
