Experienced Manufacturing Machine Operators

Location: Mechanic Falls, ME

Pay:$21-$27 per hour

4-Day Workweek (3-Day Weekends!)

Adecco is hiring Experienced Manufacturing Machine Operators to join our client’s manufacturing team, in Mechanic Falls, ME. They are focused on precision, safety, and continuous improvement.

We’re looking for skilled professionals with 3–5+ years of experience who are comfortable with automation support, and manufacturing processes — and who want more than “just a job.”


Schedules You’ll Love

4-Day Workweek = 3-Day Weekends Every Week

  • Day Shift: Monday–Thursday | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM

  • 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday | 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM

What You’ll Do

  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment

  • Support automation processes and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings

  • Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)

  • Conduct detailed quality inspections to ensure tight tolerances


What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 3–5 years of machine operation experience in a manufacturing setting

  • Experience with lathes and automated equipment is Highly Preferred!

  • Ability to read blueprints and perform shop math

Pay Details: $21.00 to $27.00 per hour
