Join our growing team! We are currently hiring Test Operators for our 3rd shift. This is a hands-on technical role working with circuits, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.
Responsibilities:
  • Set up, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot circuits, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.
  • Perform testing on assemblies and final systems.
  • Follow Test Process Instructions (TPI) and Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Complete rework and document technical findings.
  • Assist with unpacking, labeling, and packaging as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months of related technical or manufacturing experience.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow written procedures and instructions.
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, databases).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
Pay & Schedule:
  • 3rd Shift (Graveyard).
  • Pay range: $20.50 – $25.00/hour, based on experience and skill level.
  • Shift hours: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM.
