3rd Shift (11:00pm - 9:00am) shifts available, including weekends and holidays, 40 hours/week
Pay Details: $19/hour
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Third Shift Residential Supervisor to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities within our Residential Community Homes. This role provides overnight oversight, guidance, and support to third shift staff while ensuring the safety, dignity, and well-being of individuals served. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, dependable leader, and advocate for person-centered care who can respond effectively to emergencies, monitor compliance, and promote a professional, compassionate environment during overnight hours.
What you'll bring:

  • Strong leadership, organization, and decision-making skills, particularly in overnight and emergency situations
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams

A typical day-to-day may include:
  • Monitoring third shift group homes through nightly on-site visits to ensure safety, supervision, and policy compliance
