Job Summary:ย Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following: Transporting loads using a forklift as assigned by manager/supervisor, verifies/matchesย labelsย and product content.ย 

Essential Functions:ย ย 

  • Drop material (CKN) FIFO for each line and have ready for export to each production lineย 

  • Sort material by Item and Kill Date to keep the current FIFO orderย 

  • RF scanning of loads being shipped and pallets into inventory; stored correctlyย 

  • Safetyย reportย any incidentsย immediatelyย 

  • Place products in racks 100% safely and effectively and correct in SAPย 

  • Ensure coolers/freezer are clear from any debris and damaged goods that may present an issue for the departmentย 

  • Ensure each line is equipped with material, film, boxes, and palletsย ย 

  • Ensure all requests by production line management is granted inย a timelyย fashionย 

  • Ensure dock is free of debris, empty pallets, trash containers emptied during shiftย 

  • Remove plastic from inbound loads and place on the dock until the labels are appliedย ย 

  • Performs inventory checksย 

  • Write issues to be sent to productionย 

  • Stage product for production linesย ย 

  • Place product in blast freeze or coolerย 

  • Communicating with management when there are concerns with the followingย 

Productionย  Safety Employee relationsย 

  • Performs other related duties as assigned to support production demands as may be specified by customer or clientย 

Supervisory Responsibility:ย This position has no supervisory responsibilitiesย 

Education:ย High school diplomaย or equivalentย ย
