The newly rebranded Holiday Inn Express Bettendorfย is adding a Part-Time Night Audit Front Desk Agent to our team!

This is a 3rd shift position

This individual must have great customer service skills, be able to multi-task, and can comfortably work alone as well as on a team.

Schedule: 3rd shift 11pm-7am; 2 days per week

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handles guest reservations.
  • Answers and transfers phone calls.
  • Posts charges and balances daily transactions.
  • Executes end of night closeout procedures as well as prepare for the new day.
  • Other duties as assigned.
