Founded in 1985 with an extraordinary foundation in systems engineering, PGH Wong is now a full-service engineering, architecture, construction management, and program/project management consulting firm serving public and private entities across the nation.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Resident Engineer in their duties
  • Participate in reviews and responses for submittals, RFIs, RFCs, design documents, and claims
  • Monitor construction progress and prepare reports
  • Attend project meetings and coordinate with stakeholders
  • Develop technical scope and justifications for contract changes
  • Interface with owners, engineers, architects, and third parties


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Civil Construction
  • At least five (5) years of experience in Transit Projects involving:
    • Utility Relocations & Demolition, or
    • Track & Systems, or
    • Maintenance of Way Facilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience as an Assistant Resident Engineer or Assistant Construction Manager on projects exceeding $15 million in value
