What You’ll Do
- Prospect and develop new B2B relationships within freight brokerage and logistics sales
- Own the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, quoting, solution design, and close
- Provide accurate freight pricing while maintaining profitability
- Partner with team members to deliver reliable, end-to-end transportation solutions
- Position RJ Logistics as a trusted supply chain partner
- Manage activity, pipeline, and performance using CRM, TMS, and sales tools
- Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and margin goals

Compensation
Starting at $50,000 base pay, plus unlimited performance-based commission.
Total earnings are uncapped and directly tied to individual results.
