The Supply Chain &a Logistics Continuous Improvement Analyst plays a critical role in driving operational excellence across logistics and supply chain operations. This position focuses on identifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvements that enhance throughput, quality, safety, and cost performance through data-driven insights and Lean methodologies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives across logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Apply Lean methodologies including Value Stream Mapping (VSM), 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and DMAIC.
  • Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement standardized best practices.
  • Facilitate Kaizen events, workshops, and process mapping sessions.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to build KPIs, dashboards, and reports.
  • Optimize warehouse and material flow processes.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Safety, IT, and Finance teams.
  • Support ERP/WMS process improvements and data accuracy initiatives.
  • Train and coach employees on new processes and procedures.
  • Document improvements and conduct audits to ensure sustainment.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or warehouse operations.
  • Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; ERP/WMS experience preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification required.


Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

  • Office-based role with regular interaction in warehouse and manufacturing environments.
  • Approximately 80% desk work.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand or walk for extended periods, and climb ladders (6’–12’).
  • Some travel and overtime may be required based on business needs.
