Job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Delivery Representative to support customer accounts and oversee New Store Openings (NSO) from planning through completion. This role is responsible for ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met, coordinating shipments and inventory, maintaining status reports, and resolving operational issues to ensure successful store launches.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively across departments and vendors, and has experience in customer service, logistics, supply chain coordination, or project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all logistics and operational activities related to New Store Openings (NSO), ensuring materials arrive on time and in excellent condition
  • Work closely with inventory teams to ensure proper stock levels of products, display fixtures, signage, and store supplies
  • Track orders, shipments, and deliveries while proactively identifying and resolving delays or supply chain issues
  • Communicate with suppliers, vendors, contractors, and internal teams regarding delivery schedules, inventory status, and quality concerns
  • Coordinate with store design and construction teams to support timely store setup and fixture installation
  • Assist with unpacking, organizing, and inventory management for store openings
  • Monitor order status and identify demand variances, risks, or constraints that may impact timelines
  • Notify Account Representatives and Operations teams of orders in jeopardy and assist in resolving issues
  • Maintain planning systems and forecasting tools such as SAP, Oracle, Excel, or similar software
  • Prepare and maintain status reports for customers, management, and internal stakeholders
  • Manage customer accounts and ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are achieved
  • Support the Account Manager with reporting, problem-solving, and operational recommendations
  • Participate in customer business reviews and cross-functional meetings
  • Recommend process improvements to streamline supply chain and store opening operations
  • Assist in budget management for store supplies, deliveries, and operational expenses
  • Ensure compliance with company safety, cleanliness, and workplace policies
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of Microsoft Office experience
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Flexible, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in 3PL, logistics, supply chain, distribution, or related industries preferred
  • Experience supporting New Store Openings (NSO) preferred
  • SAP, Oracle, or forecasting software experience preferred
  • Microsoft PowerPoint and Power BI experience preferred
  • Project management experience preferred
