REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must have IP experience with drafting and patent prosecution and a background in computer science, electrical engineering, or similar
Design engineering experience with a chip company is a plus
Wireless communication experience in 5G, 6G, and 3GPP standards is desired but not required
Must be admitted to the USPTO
Associate candidates must be licensed to practice law or have the ability to become licensed as soon as possible in the state in which they will work.
Candidates must have outstanding written and oral communication skills, excellent academic credentials, and strong organizational and analytical abilities
