Main Responsibility Area

### POSITION IS IN DALLAS, TX or REMOTE WITHIN US ###

### Working Hours - during Maintenance Window from 10pm-6am  ###

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States as W2 employee of supplier at the time of job offer

  • This role is for Ericsson 5G Audit/Implementation and will require someone with strong Ericsson background.  

Position Description:

  • ### ERICSSON EXPERIENCE A MUST ###
  • Lead Ericsson Radio Audit and Implementation of 5G networks (SA/NSA)
  • Check alarms and cell status of Ericsson sites prior to stationary test
  • Run the SON Module for sites and make sure all are running properly well and troubleshoots any cell or site, if needed.
  • Attend regular sync up call at 10pm prior to maintenance window activities.
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting of Ericsson KPI and parameter validation error - root-cause analysis and resolve network performance issues and outages
  • Implement parameter changes to improve performance and prepare status reports.
  • Operates in compliance with the processes, methods and tools linked to the job and possesses service excellence awareness

 

Position Requirements:

  • ### ERICSSON EXPERIENCE A MUST ###
  • A minimum of 5 years’ work experience on Ericsson Audit / Implementation
  • A minimum of 2 years’ work experience on Ericsson 5G RF Optimization plus KPI Monitoring.
  • Expertise in creating XML script plan for massive parameter changes during the maintenance window using Ericsson ENM OSS tools: AMOS scripting and mobatch scripting and Command Line Interface, Parameter Management, Collection Management.
  • Experience with T-Mobile E// 5G network and Python scripting is a plus
  • Knowledge of Ericsson 5G KPIs - expertise in creating and analysis of statistical KPI reporting
  • Operates in compliance with the processes, methods and tools linked to the job and possesses service excellence awareness
  • Result oriented with focus on product quality and customer satisfaction
  • Team player, open communication and ability to work in international team
  • Customer relationship management
  • Excellent Communication skills

Education & Experience or Other Requirements:

BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or Computer Science
