Position Overview

The Accounts Receivable Manager is responsible for managing the accounts receivable function for the organization, ensuring timely and accurate customer invoicing, payment processing, collections, and record maintenance. This role builds on hands?on AR responsibilities while adding ownership of credit terms, collections processes, customer invoicing accuracy, and COI management. The Accounts Receivable Manager assists with month?end close and audit requirements.

General Tasks / Duties

  • Own day?to?day accounts receivable operations, including invoicing, cash application, reconciliations, and customer account maintenance.
  • Establish and manage customer credit terms; lead collections strategy, aging management, and escalation of high?risk accounts.
  • Oversee accurate and timely processing and application of customer payments across all methods.
  • Manage AR reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and ensure clean, audit?ready AR records.
  • Maintain client contracts, COIs, and required documentation in coordination with Legal, Sales, and Operations.
  • Prepare AR aging, cash forecasts, and support month?end close and audit activities.
  • Partner cross?functionally to resolve billing issues and provide AR insights to leadership.

Qualification and Experience

  • 3+ years of full?cycle accounts receivable experience required.
  • Experience in a rapidly growing organization.
  • Experience developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus.
  • Industry experience in live events or production environments a plus.
  • Experience in Flex or QuickBooks is a plus.

Schedule / Hours of Work

  • Full-time, in-office position based in Las Vegas.
  • Typical weekday schedule with standard business hours.
  • This position will report directly to the Controller.

Compensation / Benefits

  • 70k-80k DOE
