Job description

Détails: We're looking for an experienced freelance truck driver for a multi-day event in New York City.

You may provide your own 26' box truck with a hydraulic lift gate, or drive and operate a rental truck that we will provide (must be comfortable driving a 26' box truck with a lift gate).

Schedule
  • Monday, September 7: Load in approximately 8 pallets from a storage unit near JFK Airport. Park the loaded truck overnight at the storage facility.
  • Tuesday, September 8: Pick up the loaded truck from the storage facility. Deliver the truck and pallets to an event location in Manhattan. Assist with unloading if needed.
  • Friday, September 11: Return to the event location in Chelsea, Manhattan. Load approximately 8 pallets back onto the truck. Deliver them to the storage unit near JFK. Unload the pallets into the storage unit.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license (CDL if required for your vehicle).
  • Experience driving 26' box trucks in NYC.
  • Experience operating a hydraulic lift gate.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional.
  • Ability to safely handle palletized freight.
