About the Job

Well established precision sheet metal manufacturer is now accepting applications for 1st and 2nd shift press brake operators. This is an opportunity for the right person to join a dynamic team focusing on quality and performance to exceed our customers’ expectations. This individual must have experience with Amada press brakes, the ability to read blueprints, bend deductions, flat pattern layout, bend sequencing, multiple setup, and knowledge of tooling, coining and air bending. The job responsibility will include a drive for continuous improvement in quality and the ability to meet demanding schedules.

Qualifications

  • Technical knowledge of press brake equipment, tooling and the processes. (Amada Equipment)
  • Ability to read and interpret complex drawings.
  • 3 years of experience in precision sheet metal manufacturing.
  • Ability to read calipers and verify part quality.
  • High School diploma or G.E.D required.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Your own tools are required.
  • Drug screen administered as a condition of employment.
