As a rapidly growing company, we are seeking talented individuals to join our team. We are currently expanding our custom apparel division and we're currently hiring a manager to lead the production team. We're looking for someone who is team-oriented, innovative, results oriented and someone who is looking for an opportunity to use their skills and talents to grow professionally.
JOB TITLE: Apparel Manufacturing, Production Manager
Position Overview:
The Embroidery/Direct to Film/ Screen-printing Production Manager will be responsible for managing daily shop operations, ensuring production efficiency, maintaining quality control, and leading a small team of operators. The ideal candidate has experience running Tajima embroidery machines, VELOX DTF Printing equipment, heat press operations, Screen-Printing knowledge, along with and leadership skills to maintain a well-organized and productive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage embroidery and heat press production schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Operate and maintain Tajima embroidery, Velox DTF Printing and heat press operations.
  • Train and supervise a team of three or more embroidery operators to ensure high-quality work.
  • Troubleshoot machine issues, adjust settings, and oversee maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Monitor workflow and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Ensure quality control standards are met for all embroidered and heat-pressed products.
  • Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
  • Coordinate with production team to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
  • Manage inventory of threads, Ink, vinyl, and other supplies.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience supervising an apparel production team and operations.
  • 4+ years of experience operating and maintaining embroidery machines, dtf printing machines and heat press machines
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Ability to multitask and manage workflow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.

Benefits & Compensation:
Salary range between $70,000-$85,000 which is negotiable based on experience.
