Job Description

·         Lead new product introduction (NPI) efforts and manage current production work simultaneously

·         Create, modify, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for machining processes

·         Program CNC mills and lathes (3–9 axis) utilizing MasterCAM software

·         Perform first runs on new product introductions to ensure quality and accuracy

·         Design and develop tooling and fixtures using Inventor CAD software

Key Requirements 

·                     Proficiency in MasterCAM is required

·                     Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T documentation is essential

·                     BSME preferred but not required

·                     Experience with Inventor design software preferred; open to candidates proficient in other 3D CAD platforms

·                     Aerospace machining experience is highly preferred
