As a 3D Designer your responsibilities will include
  • Collaborating with design team to create 3D outdoor living space / pool designs
  • Professionally communicating with team members & clients through email, phone calls, virtual and face-to-face meetings
  • Create detailed 3D designs for estimating and construction purposes
  • Communicating with vendors and subcontractors to create accurate proposals

Required Experience
  • Working knowledge of CAD and 3D modeling based programs. We prefer to use Rhino3D.
  • 2 years of experience in landscape architecture / architecture / design.
  • Computer skills including email, excel spreadsheets, and Google Suite

Ideal Qualifications and Skills
  • Professional design experience that you don't wonder if you have enough experience to apply.
  • Willing to lift boxes, clean floors, and hold doors if that's what it takes to get something done
  • Knows all the hot keys in Autodesk AutoCAD
  • Can hand sketch - and those sketches are not stick figures. You have to be able to quickly communicate design ideas with pen and paper before using a computer to make it pretty.
  • Jedi-level with AutoCAD + Rhino3d + Lumion to produce beautiful plans / renders
  • Gifted communicator
  • Gets stuff DONE!
  • A.A.S. or B.S. in landscape design, landscape architecture, or related field
