In this hybrid role, you will be a vital creative force - developing holistic designs, construction-ready plans, and running live client presentations to help bring their vision to life.Location: Hybrid (2 Days In / 3 Days Out + Field/Client Site Visits) Employment Type: Full-Time, SalariedWhat You'll Be Doing:Design & Present (Bring Outdoor Dreams to Life): Create stunning 3D designs that homeowners can't wait to build. Work alongside our sales team to present your ideas and help clients confidently move forward. Draft & Develop (Turn Great Ideas Into Buildable Plans): Develop construction drawings, permit plans, and site layouts that transform creative concepts into projects our field teams can execute with confidence. Estimate & Validate: Support the sales team by generating quantity takeoffs, measuring from plans, and validating scope accuracy.Create & Collaborate: Occasionally lend your eye for design to internal marketing projects like presentation decks, signage, and brand assets.Organize & Archive: Maintain a clean, systematic digital record of all project files, design versions, and final deliverables.What You Bring to the Table:Experience: 2+ years of design experience in landscaping, architecture, or outdoor environments.Technical Chops: Proficiency in CAD and/or landscape design platforms (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, Rhino, Realtime Landscape Architect).Communication: Strong visual and verbal presentation skills.
