This hands-on internship offers an opportunity to collaborate with a professional communications team, producing engaging videos, animated public service announcements, social media content, and graphics that inform and connect with the community. If you're passionate about storytelling through video, animation, design, and digital media and want to build real-world experience while making an impact, we encourage you to apply. Examples of Duties Work with the video and social media teams to create videos, animated PSAs, and our animated tv series.

Assist with storyboarding, scripting, drawing, animating, editing, and coloring. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program, or a recent college graduate within the past year, in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Mass Communications, or a closely related field, or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in video editing, cinematography, 2D and/or 3D animation, drawing, and graphics. Experience with ToonBoom, Adobe creative cloud suite, and Cinema 4D. During emergencies and disasters affecting Chatham County, you may be required to report to work as part of a disaster operations team.
