Primary skills: Salesforce Data Cloud, SQL / SOQL, MuleSoft / Informatica / ETL tools, REST & SOAP APIs, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP optional), Data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI optional).
Experience: Minimum 10+ years
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) Developer to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud. The role focuses on unifying customer data, building identity resolution strategies, enabling segmentation, and supporting real-time personalization across Salesforce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
o Design and implement Data Cloud (formerly Customer Data Platform / Data 360) solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem
o Configure and manage data ingestion pipelines from multiple sources (CRM, APIs, data lakes, external systems)
o Develop and maintain data models, data streams, and data harmonization rules
o Implement identity resolution and customer profile unification
o Build and manage calculated insights, segments, and audience activation workflows
o Integrate Data Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and external applications
o Develop data transformations using SQL, Data Cloud Query Language, or other tools
o Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance across datasets
o Work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
o Support real-time and batch activation use cases (e.g., personalization, campaigns, analytics)
o Troubleshoot and optimize Data Cloud configurations and performance
Salary Range- $110,000-$125,000 a year
