Job description

Growing Minds Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and confident Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support a 9-year-old male in a home-based ABA program.

This is a high-needs pediatric case that requires a clinician who is skilled in implementing behavior intervention plans, maintaining a calm and therapeutic approach during challenging situations, and building a strong rapport with both the client and family. Due to the clinical complexity of this case, we are offering a premium pay rate of $35/hour.

Ideal Candidate
  • Experience providing ABA therapy to children with autism

  • Comfortable supporting clients with high support needs and complex behaviors

  • Strong understanding of behavior intervention plans and accurate data collection

  • Able to remain calm, patient, and consistent during challenging situations

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a supervising BCBA

  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

  • RBT certification preferred (experienced Behavior Technicians are encouraged to apply)
