Insight Hospital and Medical Center- Chicago is seeking qualified pharmacy technicians to assist with outpatient pharmacy services. As outpatient pharmacy technicians, candidates will be responsible for all activities that a pharmacy technician is expected to perform and other duties and responsibilities as directed by the Director of Pharmacy & Outpatient Pharmacy Manager.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Pharmacy Technician license within the State of Illinois
  • Registered Pharmacy Technician in good standing under the laws of the State of Illinois
Responsibilities Include
  • Maintain daily regulatory 340B program compliance in Macro Helix 340B architect software system
  • Review the WAC detailed purchase orders
  • Hold file worksheet for NDCs purchase orders (list of Archive and Unmatched NDCs in 340B Architect that are not the primary NDC)
  • 340B and GPO McKesson NDC credit rebill worksheet
  • Inventory audit
  • Perform 340 B, GPO, WAC patient utilization audit
  • Chemotherapy 340B billable unit codes/ pricing report
  • Submit tickets to Macrohelix Support when needed
