The 340B CRM is responsible for independently performing a variety of data analytics from internal and external resources to support the OptumRX 340B program. Will apply tactics to identified business problems and existing processes to assist with decision-making and to increase sales, profit, market share and achieve program goals.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and foster working relationships with internal and external business colleagues and counterparts to facilitate productive exchanges of information
  • Distribute 340B communications to covered entities main POC regarding inventory and replenishment
  • Owns the responsibility of ensuring claim capture via billing through Third Party Administrators
  • Liaison with other departments, vendors, covered entities and affiliate companies
  • Develops and maintains KPI reporting as well as backlog and open item reports
  • Assists in special projects around business strategy and initiatives
  • Monitor, Track and Report upwards of special project status and outcomes as it pertains to replenishment
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of business processes pertaining to all aspects of the 340B program; coach analysts in the development of solutions and resolution of complex data analysis; monitor analyst workflow to ensure deliverables are being met

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 years of Client Relationship Management experience
  • 2 years of experience working in 340B
  • 1 years of data analytics experience (identifying trends and identifying opportunities and driving outcomes)
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 340B ACE certified
  • CPhT Certification
  • Experience with Tableau and Salesforce
  • Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems
  • Experience developing ways of accomplishing goals with little or no supervision, depending on oneself to complete objectives and determining when escalation of issues is necessary
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy and to meet deadlines and deliverables as requested

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $72,800 - $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
