2nd Swing has an opening for a Store Operations Manager. This position is responsible for keeping the day-to-day operations of the store running smoothly, efficiently, and in line with 2nd Swing’s customer-first standards. This role leads the teams that support inventory, shipping, repairs, and customer service while partnering closely with the General Manager and other leaders to meet business goals. You’ll spend your time balancing people, processes, inventory, and customer needs to make sure the store operates at its best.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the General Manager to establish daily, weekly, and monthly goals and ensure business needs are met
  • Communicate priorities clearly to team members and follow up to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • Oversee key inventory metrics and ensure inventory processes are followed consistently
  • Execute and maintain merchandise planograms and store presentation standards
  • Coach, manage, and develop customer service, shipping, inventory, and repair team members
  • Delegate effectively while remaining willing to work alongside team members to accomplish store goals
  • Partner with the management team to quickly and effectively resolve customer issues
  • Support Sales and Fitting teams while demonstrating 2nd Swing’s Core Values every day
  • Monitor operational processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and the customer experience
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail across inventory, merchandising, shipping, repairs, and customer service operations
  • Ensure teams meet established deadlines, performance expectations, and business goals
  • Help create a positive, high-energy store environment where employees are encouraged to learn, develop, and succeed
  • Step in wherever needed to support the team and ensure the store operates effectively day in and day out
Requirements:
  • Previous leadership or management experience in retail, operations, or a similar customer-focused environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
  • Experience coaching, developing, and holding team members accountable to performance expectations
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to delegate effectively while maintaining a hands-on approach to operations
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to resolve issues professionally and effectively
  • Comfortable working with inventory, operational metrics, and established processes
  • High-energy, positive attitude with a desire to continuously learn and develop

Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 annualized, based on previous experience. This is an hourly, non-exempt position.
