Job Summary

We’re looking for a Machine Operator to help set up and run CNC and conventional machines to produce quality parts that meet production specs. This is handson shop work—running machines, checking parts, and making sure the job gets done safely and the right way.

You’ll work under the direction of a supervisor and be expected to handle your setup, quality checks, and daily tasks with consistency and attention to detail.

What You’ll Own

  • Set up and operate CNC and conventional machines
  • Load programs and make simple edits as needed
  • Set up machines, fixtures, and tools
  • Inspect and measure parts to ensure specs are met
  • Blend surfaces or remove excess material using hand tools or machines
  • Modify parts as required by production specs
  • Follow assembly and production requirements for new parts
  • Use production tracking systems
  • Maintain 5S standards in your work area
  • Keep safety and housekeeping standards where they should be
  • Follow all health, safety, and environmental rules
  • Work within the Quality Control Manual (QCM)
  • Be aware of ISO / Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) requirements
