Job Summary

We’re looking for a Welder with strong TIG welding skills to support manufacturing operations, including welding in an inert chamber. This role is handson and detaildriven—quality, consistency, and following the process matter here.

What You’ll Own

  • Perform TIG welding, including welding in an inert chamber
  • Weld parts to manufacturing specifications with consistent quality
  • Read and understand blueprints and work instructions
  • Prep parts using grit blasting and other surface prep methods
  • Follow safe machine practices at all times
  • Use standard shop and welding materials correctly
  • Inspect your own work using handheld measuring tools
  • Maintain safety and housekeeping standards in your area
  • Follow the Quality Control Manual (QCM)
  • Work within ISO / Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) quality requirements
  • Comply with Company RSM and all health, safety, and environmental policies
  • Support continuous improvement and lean initiatives
  • Work with integrity and follow the Corporate Code of Ethical Standards
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance
