Job description

Machine Operator – 2nd Shift (Manufacturing Experience Required)

We’re hiring a Machine Operator for our manufacturing team in Manchester, CT. Prior manufacturing experience is required for this hands-on production role in a fast-paced environment.

This position involves operating industrial furnace equipment as part of the production process, along with general machine operation and material handling. The work is performed in a controlled manufacturing environment that is not a high-heat work area. Candidates should be comfortable working around production equipment and following strict safety and quality standards.

Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday - Friday, 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM
Pay: $20/hr + shift differential

Duties:

  • Operate and monitor industrial furnace equipment in the production process
  • Load and unload materials into machines and equipment
  • Monitor machine settings, temperatures, and cycle times
  • Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production schedules
  • Complete production documentation and perform quality checks
