Machine Operator

Niles, IL | $20/hr | Mon–Thurs | 4PM–2:30AM

Join at our Niles, IL manufacturing facility! We’re hiring Machine Operators to support Pre-Whip, Liquid Processing, and Palletizer production lines in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.


What You’ll Do
  • Operate and monitor production equipment

  • Perform setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting

  • Conduct quality checks and complete production documentation

  • Follow GMP, food safety, and safety standards

  • Support sanitation and continuous improvement initiatives


What We’re Looking For
  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 2+ years manufacturing experience (food processing preferred)

  • Experience with machine operation, batching, mixing, or palletizing

  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to lift up to 55 lbs

  • Comfortable working in temperature-controlled production environments
