A Team Leader will oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow during assigned shifts. This role involves managing team members, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The position requires physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks involving standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate team members to ensure efficient operations during shifts.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide coaching or feedback to improve productivity.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking supplies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Complete administrative tasks accurately.
  • Train new employees and provide ongoing support to existing team members.
