Our client, a leading hospital system in West Texas, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Radiation Therapist to join their oncology team. What You'll Do
As a Radiation Therapist, you will play a critical role in delivering life-changing cancer care. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Administering precise ionizing radiation treatments using linear accelerators and CT imaging in compliance with physician prescriptions and treatment plans.
  • Maintaining thorough and accurate electronic documentation of all treatments, patient progress, and clinical data.
  • Positioning patients with care and precision, ensuring safety and comfort throughout each session.
  • Operating and performing quality assurance checks on radiation therapy equipment.
  • Collaborating with radiation oncologists, medical physicists, and the broader clinical team to deliver individualized, high-quality patient care.
  • Educating and reassuring patients and their families throughout the treatment process.
What We're Looking For
Education
  • Post-secondary vocational or specialized training in Radiation Therapy or a related field
  • New graduates welcome — we invest in developing the next generation of radiation therapy professionals
Experience
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical radiation therapy experience preferred
  • New grads with clinical rotations are encouraged to apply!
Required Licenses & Certifications
  • ARRT Registration (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
  • Texas Medical Board — Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) license
  • Radiologic Technologist licensure in the state of Texas
  • Current CPR / BLS certification
