Maintain a valid NYS commercial driver's license (Minimum class C) with an unrestricted passenger endorsement. Maintain a valid DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate and comply with all NYS Vehicle and Traffic laws, NYS DMV 19A rules and regulations.Responds to individual needs of passengers and report any issues to a supervisor. Utilizes two-way radio to contact base when necessary while bus driving.Provides supervision and assists passengers on the bus during loading and unloading of vehicle at designated stops. Demonstrates safe and correct use of wheelchair lifts, seat belts, Q-Straints, etc. Demonstrates proper lifting techniques when transferring passengers from a wheel chair to the bus.RequirementsMust be at least 18 years old.
