A growing plumbing and construction company is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee high-end residential plumbing projects throughout Brooklyn, NY. This leadership role is responsible for managing daily job site operations, coordinating crews and subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate has significant NYC plumbing experience, particularly with private custom homes, and is comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced construction environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead field teams are essential for success in this role. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional looking to join a growing company with long-term career potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations on active plumbing and construction job sites
  • Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and project schedules
