Job description

Helping U Home Care is a locally owned, NYS Licensed Home Care Agency that specializes in providing High-Tech Home Care services to our adult and pediatric patients suffering from either a chronic or terminal illness; most of our patients have home ventilators.

We are looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our exceptional interdisciplinary team of health care providers in home settings for 12-hour night shifts for a 13 year old female patient that has COPD and a Trach, GT and Enteral Feedings.

Do you have home care experience? We are looking for compassionate, dedicated and well-rounded Licensed Practical Nurses who can uphold our standards and culture.

Qualifications:

  • Current and clear NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
  • Minimum 1 year home health experience
  • Pediatric experience Preferred
  • Provide Tracheostomy (trach) & GT Care
  • Monitor patients and report on their condition as per patient’s Plan of Care

Salary: $32.00-$35.00 per hour Plus $500 sign on bonus
