What is a 10K bonus job?

A '10K bonus' job refers to a position where the employer offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus or hiring incentive to attract candidates. This bonus is typically paid out upon starting the job or after meeting certain conditions, such as completing a probationary period. These incentives are common in industries facing labor shortages or for roles that require specialized skills.
